Our Live Assist software allows for an instant interactive presence by utilising Merged Reality technology. Prices displayed are for 1 hour of support. We will confirm the remote appointment after purchase.



Once you have completed your purchase you will receive a form to complete. Please include as many details as possible, including your system number and call number if appropriate, as well as availability for a connection. Once completed a member of our team will contact you if any further information is required and they will provide you with all connection details, including timings.

DESCRIPTION

Our Live Assist software allows for an instant support presence by utilizing Team Viewer in conjunction with Merged Reality technology.

  • Using Team Viewer will allow us to take actual control of your system allowing us to be able to diagnose the system issues live.
  • Using Merged Reality technology we will be a virtual presence to get you back on your feet in no time at all.

If you have experienced a software or hardware failure we can identify the fault and work with you to solve the issue and return you to productivity. This maximizes uptime and minimizes operating costs, only pay for support when you need it.

This product can be further enhanced by agreeing to be part of Sentinel, our live telemetry initiative.

Live Assist connections will typically last around 1 hour although this varies greatly with the issue complexity. Unfortunately, not all issues can be solved with a virtual presence. In these cases we will endeavour to outline a clear pathway to return you to productivity

Payment Policy

Our eStore allows customers to pay for their order by prepaid methods like debit & credit card, paypal or prepaid invoice via a bank transfer and through postpaid net 30 days invoice. If you wish to pay by card or paypal, you don’t need to communicate with us first and you can also check out as guest. If you wish to pay by prepaid bank transfer, you will have to register a MyOI account first, then request to ecommerceteam@estore.oxinst.com to activate prepaid bank transfer (Proforma invoice) on your MyOI account.

If you wish to pay by net 30 days invoice, you will have to request this when you register a MyOI account. Please be aware that only customers with previous business with Oxford Instruments will be authorised to pay by net 30 day invoice. You can explain your previous business with Oxford Instruments when you register your MyOI account. If your institution or company doesn’t have any previous business relationship with Oxford Instruments, you will be asked to place at least 3 prepaid orders through the eStore before we can consider your request.

Our eStore is managed by our ecommerce partner ModusLink. This means that on the e-invoice, you will see both the ModusLink and Oxford Instruments logos. If you wish to pay by net 30 day invoice, you will have to send us a PO with ModusLink as supplier, because the invoice will have to be paid into ModusLink’s bank account, so we need to make sure ModusLink is a registered vendor in your system and payment won’t be delayed.

If you need to register ModusLink as supplier, please feel free to send to ecommerceteam@estore.oxinst.com any documents and we will help you and fill it for you.

Our stock is shipped from The Netherlands.
Express shipping (4 to 5 working days) is Yen 6,000 (Free for orders over Yen 180,000)

Please be aware that ship DAP to your destination. DHL will contact you in order to pay for import duties when the parcel will reach the entry point of your country. Please make your contact details especially your email and telephone number are correct.
