OMNIPROBE SPARES

A box of 20 In-situ probe tips for the Omniprobe AutoProbe™ 300/400 systems - they have a custom tungsten tip with a stainless steel shank for use with the AutoProbe™ 300/400, in-situ probe tip exchange systems and is Short-Cut™ compatible. Tip radius is 0.5 µm with 8-10° taper angle.

A box of 100 Omniprobe® 3 post copper lift-out TEM grids which have been specifically designed for in-situ lift-out. These copper grids include multiple indexed mounting locations with both vertical bars and “V” shaped attachment surfaces and have a 3mm diameter.

Omniprobe AutoProbe™ 200/100.7 standard width probe tips in an all tungsten design with tip radius of 0.5µm. Supplied in a box of 10.

A box of 100 Omniprobe® 5 post copper lift-out TEM grids specifically designed for in-situ lift-out. These CU grids include multiple indexed mounting locations, all with vertical bar attachment surfaces. Now with lower profile sides for easier access to outermost posts.

Custom made probe tips for the AutoProbe™ 250 & 200 systems. Compatible with short-cut system. All-tungsten design with a 0.508mm (0.020") shank diameter. The tip radius better than 0.5µm with a taper of 6° taper angle for greater precision.

A box of Omniprobe Xtreme Access Short-Cut probe tips with a 6 degree taper angle. Custom tip designed from tungsten. Tip radius is < 0.5 µm with 6° taper angle for maximum lifetime service.

Omniprobe® Storage box that stores 100 FIB lift out grids or can also store standard 3mm TEM grids flat. Comes complete with base, lid and clips. Overall size is 55 x 51 x 10.7mm (2.16" x 2" x 0.42")

Omniprobe® 3 post copper lift-out TEM grids, 35 micron thick with 1 edge lower for easy access. These grids are similar to GRD-0001.08.01 with one lower side. They come packaged in glass vials.

OmniProbe® 400L Low-Magnetic Low profile BX20 probe tips for in situ. Low profile dual taper design includes these features: 6° taper angle with a tip .

Omniprobe® Dual TEM low profile grid holder for FIB and SEM/FIB systems, with stations for two TEM lift-out grids and one sample mount.

The Omniprobe® Low Profile Double TEM Grid Holder holds two lift-out grids and has a spring-loaded jaw for easy unloading.
