Laser etched standard 12.5mm diameter aluminium SEM pin stubs, available with pre-mounted carbon tabs precisely applied and ready loaded in individual tubes or boxes. Each stub has a unique serial number for sample identification. These pre-mounted tabs are particularly useful for collecting samples out in the field for later examination under the SEM.
The serialised stubs are available loose without tabs in packs of 50 or pre-mounted with a choice of two types of carbon tabs; either high conductivity aluminium cored carbon tabs or Leit carbon tabs. The stubs are loaded in individual storage tubes, available in packs of 10, 50 or 100 tubes, or in storage boxes of 12 stubs.
The stubs are 12.5mm dia, pin length 8mm, pin diameter 3.2mm, suitable for LEO/CAMBRIDGE, FEI/PHILIPS, CAMSCAN, TESCAN, ZEISS instruments.
