Quantum AC10 probes from Nanotools are designed for high speed/video rate applications in liquid environments. The diamond-like carbon tip provides exceptional tip durability. It is optimized for Cypher/Vero VRS & VRS1250 AFMs and is compatible blueDrive photothermal drive.

Please note: if using with a Cypher AFM, a small-spot laser or SLD must be used with this probe.

If you wish to pay by net 30 days invoice, you will have to request this when you register a MyOI account. Please be aware that only customers with previous business with Oxford Instruments will be authorised to pay by net 30 day invoice. You can explain your previous business with Oxford Instruments when you register your MyOI account. If your institution or company doesn’t have any previous business relationship with Oxford Instruments, you will be asked to place at least 3 prepaid orders through the eStore before we can consider your request.

Our stock is shipped from The Netherlands.
Express shipping (4 to 5 working days) is Yen 6,000 (Free for orders over Yen 180,000)
