A sampling pen providing a sticky membrane, stable up to 120°C / 110°C, which stops paraffin sections moving, wrinkling or falling off slides. Wax to keep ultramicrotome cut sections in a neat row, simply by applying a thin layer of wax to the sides of the block face at the top and bottom of the trapezoid. Can also be used to hold crystals or other materials while they are being sliced, lapped or polished.
