Edwards XDS35I vacuum pump (59-VPZ0439)

Edwards XDS35I dry scroll pump.

Used for the pumping of 1K pots or VTIs. Can also be used as a roughing pump. It has 1Phase (200-230V or 110-120V, 50/60Hz) supplied as high voltage, for low voltage the voltage configuration is changed at the front - see manufacturers manual. Inlet connection NW40, Exhaust connection NW25, Maximum pumping speed 35m3/h

• Bearing shield - ensures separation between process gases and bearing lubrication to ensure clean vacuum and no possibility of contamination to lubrication from process gases, which prolongs bearing life.
