RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We are committed to ensuring our customers always receive the best possible service. All products shipped come with standard 12 month warranty from the shipment date, unless otherwise stated. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item to Oxford instruments for exchange or repair, please contact us  to guide you through our returns policy and provide you with a returns reference number to mark up your returnable items. We are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If you received an incorrect item, a damaged item, or a defective item, we will exchange the item following our inspection and confirmation of it being incorrect, damaged, or defective, provided it has not been used.
Please get in touch with our Customer Services team to receive your Returns Request form.
Returns are only valid when accompanied with a Returned Material Authorisation (RMA) request number which must be provided by Oxford Instruments and clearly indicated on the outside of the parcel before any goods are returned. This RMA number will be provided to you once you have submitted the Returns Request form. It is a unique number by which we can then identify any correspondence or parts. Please use this number on all communications regarding your return or replacement.
While we will endeavour to process all Return Requests within 2 working days, delays may occur if incorrect or missing information is provided by you.
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you. If a third-party seller has purchased on this website on your behalf, please note that we cannot generate refunds directly. Please contact your seller directly to request your refund.
