WHAT IS THE OXFORD INSTRUMENTS E-STORE?

The Oxford Instruments eStore combines all of the Oxford Instruments business units in one place. Customers can shop for a wide range of products, spares parts and accessories which include both physical products as well as virtual products such as training, LiveAssist remote support billable hours (through a merged reality app) and AZtec Software upgrades.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AND PAY FOR IT? 

Our eStore accommodates all types of order and offers all B2B functionalities to allow customer to place orders online without the support of a Customer Service.

  • If you choose to pay by credit or debit card or paypal then you don’t need any support, simply add items to your cart and then choose the payment method you prefer. If you have a PO number you can add this at checkout.
  • If your company or university requires a PO or is required to pay against a pre-issued invoice, then there are two options available. Proforma invoice is payment by a pre-paid invoice (via wire transfer). The invoice will be sent to you when the order is placed and the order must be paid for before we ship the item.
  • We also offer the option of a credit line (Net 30 days) providing you meet the criteria. Before requesting a credit line please make sure you have registered Moduslink as a vendor in your system, as the PO must show Moduslink as the supplier as they are our Commerce partner and handle our payments/distributions.

To request either of these payment methods, please register your MyOi account and send your request to by email to ecommerceteam@estore.oxinst.com.

Once the ecommerce team will confirm by email that your MyOi account has been assigned either a credit line or Proforma Invoice as a payment option, then a new payment method will display in the payment section. Once you select it, you will be able to complete the order and will be sent an invoice dependant on the option you have been assigned.

If you have a credit line for your MyOi account you will be able to place any order until the maximum monthly budget assigned to your MyOi account is reached.

If you have a PO you can also enter the PO online and create an order your self, as you can edit “ship to” and “invoice to” information. You can also add the PO number before you place the order and it will appear on your invoice.

To access the new e-store simply visit oxinst.com and click on the “Shop” button that is now placed on the right of the blue header bar.  You then select from the drop down accordingly to your location.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer standard and express delivery for US and EU regions. If you place your order before 12pm local time on a weekday, your order will be dispatched on the same day. If you order after 12pm on a Friday or on the weekend, your order will be dispatched on the Monday. 

If you choose Express Delivery, we aim to deliver your order within the next 48 hours.


CAN I PRE-ORDER SOMETHING IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT IN STOCK? 

The majority of the products are in stock with available qty information. However, there are also some products that are not in stock, but can be pre-ordered on demand. These products will usually take between 2 to 3 weeks to ship.

In case you purchase a product in stock alongside a product on pre-order, please consider that we will ship the full order once all products are available, so if you need one product faster, you will have to place two separate orders.

Some pre-ordered products have longer lead times. You can check lead times before you place your order by emailing us ecommerceteam@estore.oxinst.com


CAI ORDER TRAINING ALONGSIDE PHYSICAL PRODUCTS?

Training and LiveAssist remote support will be handled by our office in the UK and US and they are run in house and remotely. Please consider that you are unable to purchase a physical product together with a digital one.
