A comprehensive 12-month license for AZtecFlex, designed for an individual user to access and process their EDS and WDS data after acquisition in AZtec.

Only one license can be generated per order.

Once you have purchased your AZtecFlex licence you will receive the product key in an email notification from no-reply@estore.oxinst.com or noreply.NA.softwarelicensing@sentinelcloud.com which will also include instructions on how to activate the licence.

Before activating your license, you will need to download and install the current version of AZtecFlex by copying and pasting the link below into your browser:

DESCRIPTION

AZtecFlex is a comprehensive version of AZtec designed for an individual user to access and process their data after acquisition. This personal copy of the AZtec software enables you to maximise microscope time, as data can be processed and examined at your convenience. Spectrum simulator means you can find the optime conditions for sample analysis, before you even put your sample in the microscope.

The EDS and WDS license includes the majority of Aztec functionality for processing EDS and WDS data, more product details can be found here.

By purchasing the product you will receive the following e-mails from oxford instruments:

  • Invite to activate license
  • Notifications of updates available for AZtecFlex (for the duration of the license)
  • Three renewal reminders
  • E-mail to set preferences for other communications preferences on e-mail communication from oxford about webinars and blogs

You e-mail address will not be shared or sold to 3rd party companies for marketing purposes, but it will be provided to companies who provide licensing services for the sole purpose of order fulfilment.

The 12-month license term starts at activation, not purchase, on expiry you will no longer be able to open the Aztec software.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Payment Policy

Our eStore allows customers to pay for their order by prepaid methods like debit & credit card, paypal or prepaid invoice via a bank transfer and through postpaid net 30 days invoice. If you wish to pay by card or paypal, you don’t need to communicate with us first and you can also check out as guest. If you wish to pay by prepaid bank transfer, you will have to register a MyOI account first, then request to ecommerceteam@estore.oxinst.com to activate prepaid bank transfer (Proforma invoice) on your MyOI account.

If you wish to pay by net 30 days invoice, you will have to request this when you register a MyOI account. Please be aware that only customers with previous business with Oxford Instruments will be authorised to pay by net 30 day invoice. You can explain your previous business with Oxford Instruments when you register your MyOI account. If your institution or company doesn’t have any previous business relationship with Oxford Instruments, you will be asked to place at least 3 prepaid orders through the eStore before we can consider your request.

If your institution or company has a special arrangement with Oxford Instruments, please get in touch with ecommerceteam@estore.oxinst.com providing information about your contact person in Oxford Instruments

Our eStore is managed by our ecommerce partner Modus Link. This means that on the e-invoice, you will see both the ModusLink and Oxford Instruments logos. If you wish to pay by net 30 day invoice, you will have to send us a PO with ModusLink as supplier, because the invoice will have to be paid into ModusLink’s bank account, so we need to make sure ModusLink is a registered vendor in your system and payment won’t be delayed.

If you need to register ModusLink as supplier, please feel free to send to ecommerceteam@estore.oxinst.com any documents and we will help you and fill it for you.

Our stock is shipped from The Netherlands.

Express shipping (4 to 5 working days) is USD $59 (Free for orders over USD $1499)

Please be aware that ship DAP to your destination. DHL will contact you in order to pay for import duties when the parcel reaches the entry point of your country. Please make sure that your contact email and telephone number are correct.
