Our Plasma Technology engineers are available on Wednesdays at 10am. Simply select 'Wednesday Session' and once you have booked our team will contact you finalise the date and go over the finer details.

DESCRIPTION

Our Live Assist software allows for an instant interactive presence by utilising Merged Reality technology.

Using Merged Reality technology we will be a virtual presence to get you back on your feet in no time at all.

If you have experienced a software or hardware failure we can identify the fault and work with you to solve the issue and return you to productivity. This maximises uptime and minimises operating costs.

Our sessions are once a week on a Wednesday at 10.00AM GMT. Simply select the session to complete the purchase and once booked you will receive a form to complete. Please include as many details as possible, including your system number and call number if appropriate. Once completed a member of our team will contact you to finalise the date and if any further information is required.  You will then receive connection details for your chosen access date.

Live Assist connections will typically last around an hour although this varies greatly with the issue complexity. Unfortunately, not all issues can be solved with a virtual presence. In these cases we will endeavour to outline a clear pathway to return you to productivity.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Payment Policy

Our eStore allows customers to pay for their order by prepaid methods like debit & credit card, paypal or prepaid invoice via a bank transfer and through postpaid net 30 days invoice. If you wish to pay by card or paypal, you don’t need to communicate with us first and you can also check out as guest. If you wish to pay by prepaid bank transfer, you will have to register a MyOI account first, then request to ecommerceteam@estore.oxinst.com to activate prepaid bank transfer (Proforma invoice) on your MyOI account.

If you wish to pay by net 30 days invoice, you will have to request this when you register a MyOI account. Please be aware that only customers with previous business with Oxford Instruments will be authorised to pay by net 30 day invoice. You can explain your previous business with Oxford Instruments when you register your MyOI account. If your institution or company doesn’t have any previous business relationship with Oxford Instruments, you will be asked to place at least 3 prepaid orders through the eStore before we can consider your request.

If your institution or company has a special arrangement with Oxford Instruments, please get in touch with ecommerceteam@estore.oxinst.com providing information about your contact person in Oxford Instruments

Our eStore is managed by our ecommerce partner Modus Link. This means that on the e-invoice, you will see both the ModusLink and Oxford Instruments logos. If you wish to pay by net 30 day invoice, you will have to send us a PO with ModusLink as supplier, because the invoice will have to be paid into ModusLink’s bank account, so we need to make sure ModusLink is a registered vendor in your system and payment won’t be delayed.

If you need to register ModusLink as supplier, please feel free to send to ecommerceteam@estore.oxinst.com any documents and we will help you and fill it for you.

For customer in CH & NO please consider that you will be required to clear import duties when your parcel arrives to local entry point. If you add your VAT/Tax ID, DHL may be able to accrue taxes directly to your VAT number without needing to get in touch with you.
