The Zyla Customer Assurance Plan Service Contract will provide complete peace of mind for service coverage on your Zyla camera and eliminate any unexpected repair costs.
You are able to choose from two options; either purchase a one-year contract, or a five-year service contract which includes a free of charge chamber service at the end of the five-year period, for a limited time only. The one-year contract can also be purchased with additional quantities (e.g. A quantity of three will provide three years of service cover).
A Customer Assurance Plan offers the ability to fix your hardware maintenance costs, thus eliminating the risk associated with unexpected expense in the future.
In addition, the Customer Assurance Plan gives you a single point of contact for raising product issues, access to equipment experts, as well as entitlement to all new software releases made available during the period of the support contract.
