The Zyla Customer Assurance Plan Service Contract will provide complete peace of mind for service coverage on your Zyla camera and eliminate any unexpected repair costs.

You are able to choose from two options; either purchase a one-year contract, or a five-year service contract which includes a free of charge chamber service at the end of the five-year period, for a limited time only.  The one-year contract can also be purchased with additional quantities (e.g. A quantity of three will provide three years of service cover).

A Customer Assurance Plan offers the ability to fix your hardware maintenance costs, thus eliminating the risk associated with unexpected expense in the future.

In addition, the Customer Assurance Plan gives you a single point of contact for raising product issues, access to equipment experts, as well as entitlement to all new software releases made available during the period of the support contract. DESCRIPTION

To maximise the performance and availability of your Product, we offer customer assurance plans with enhanced support, paid product repair and cover beyond the standard warranty period. A Customer Assurance Plan offers the ability to fix your hardware maintenance costs, thus eliminating the risk associated with unexpected expense in the future.Customer Assurance Plans can be renewed during the life of the assurance plan without the need for a product inspection.

The Customer Assurance Plan includes; priority remote support, remote support via Team View, repair or replacement parts, software updates, (Solis and SDK), Live Assist and  a targeted repair time of 20 business days*. 

*Where not possible, a loan unit will be offered. Model and Variant may differ.

*Sensors maybe excluded from CAP contract.  If at Andor’s absolute discretion, a sensor repair or replacement is necessary and possible, you will be responsible for the cost of the repair and/or the replacement sensor. Sensor repair and replacement is expressly excluded from the 20 Business Day repair schedule in this Service Plan.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Payment Policy

Our eStore allows customers to pay for their order by prepaid methods like debit & credit card, paypal or prepaid invoice via a bank transfer and through postpaid net 30 days invoice. If you wish to pay by card or paypal, you don’t need to communicate with us first and you can also check out as guest. If you wish to pay by prepaid bank transfer, you will have to register a MyOI account first, then request to ecommerceteam@estore.oxinst.com to activate prepaid bank transfer (Proforma invoice) on your MyOI account.

If you wish to pay by net 30 days invoice, you will have to request this when you register a MyOI account. Please be aware that only customers with previous business with Oxford Instruments will be authorised to pay by net 30 day invoice. You can explain your previous business with Oxford Instruments when you register your MyOI account. If your institution or company doesn’t have any previous business relationship with Oxford Instruments, you will be asked to place at least 3 prepaid orders through the eStore before we can consider your request.

Our eStore is managed by our ecommerce partner Modus Link. This means that on the e-invoice, you will see both the ModusLink and Oxford Instruments logos. If you wish to pay by net 30 day invoice, you will have to send us a PO with ModusLink as supplier, because the invoice will have to be paid into ModusLink’s bank account, so we need to make sure ModusLink is a registered vendor in your system and payment won’t be delayed.

If you need to register ModusLink as supplier, please feel free to send to ecommerceteam@estore.oxinst.com any documents and we will help you and fill it for you.
