PELCO® paste containing silver flakes (20µm) in an inorganic silicate aqueous solution has good thermal and electrical conductivity. It has no hydrocarbons, making it suitable for demanding specimen preparation in ultra high vacuum applications, FEM, SEM, etc. It can be used at cryogenic temperatures and up to 927°C. Cures at room temperature but requires two hours at 93°C to achieve high conductivity and a strong bond. Silver content >60% by weight. Download the MSDS sheet here
