Triton vacuum loadlock sample exchange mechanism. Features include:
  • Enables wiring to the sample to be grounded or biased during loading
  • Cryostat and wiring modifications included
  • Tailset radiation baffle modifications are incorporated to suit
  • Sample holder docking interface on mixing chamber plate
  • Docking interface wired to connections on mixing chamber plate (where wiring has been ordered)
  • Coaxes supplied as same length UT47 silver-plated copper from the mixing chamber to the docking station
  • Patent pending US2012/0102975A1, US2014/0202179A1, EP2742299A2 and EP2409096A2
  • Tailset radiation baffle modifications are incorporated to suit.
