Custom probe tips for the Omniprobe AutoProbe™ 300/400 systems with a reduced collar diameter to accomodate the 50 elevation angle on the FEI Helios front port systems. Tungsten tip with stainless steel shank, smaller collar, tip radius is 0.5µm with an 8-10° taper angle.
The low profile dual taper design includes these features:
6° taper angle with a tip radius of 0.5um.
Needle diameter is 0.254mm (0.010”).
For use with FEI Helios front port systems.
Compatible with : AP300, AP400 (FEI Helios only)
