A Low Loss Transfer tube (LLT) for vertical feed cryostats. Specifically for Oxford instruments continuous flow cryostats, where the use of a LLT transfer line will reduce the consumption of liquid helium, and extend the base temperature of the cryostat. A base temperature of better than 2.5K is normally attainable.
