Once you have purchased your AZtecFlex licence you will receive the product key in an email notification from no-reply@estore.oxinst.com or noreply.NA.softwarelicensing@sentinelcloud.com which will also include instructions on how to activate the licence.

AZtecFlex Student contains the same licenses as the 12-month AZtecFlex EDS, WDS & EBSD package, but is discounted for verified students and includes the Aztec student license. 

Note: the discount code will only work for AZtecFlex Student product and the e-mail address used for verification.

The EDS and WDS license includes the majority of Aztec functionality for processing EDS and WDS data, more product details can be found here.
