A high quality, very electrically conductive carbon adhesive tape suitable for SEM or EDX applications. The conductive adhesive is a carbon-filled acrylic adhesive, free of solvents. It can be removed from the specimen mount with ethyl acetate, ethanol, isopropanol or alcohols. Temperature maximum is 60°C (140°F). (12mm width, 20m reel)

Description

Electrically conductive, non-porous carbon tapes suitable for SEM or EDX applications.

Temperature maximum is 60°C (140°F). Small impurities of Cu, Si, Sb, S, Na, P and very small impurities of Fe and Mg can be found. Refrigeration will increase shelf life but a warm-up time of 1 hour is then required before use.

The tape is highly electrically conductive and suitable for SEM or EDX applications.

The double sided adhesive permits quick mounting of samples without using liquid or colloidal adhesives. Useful for securing samples for examination in an uncoated state. A range of widths are available for use with various specimen stub sizes. Available in 8mm, 12mm and 20mm width. 20m reels.
