An automated Low Loss Transfer tube (LLT) for horizontal feed cryostats. Specifically for Oxford instruments continuous flow cryostats, where the use of a LLT transfer line will reduce the consumption of liquid helium, and extend the base temperature of the cryostat.
The LLT650 series has an automatic needle valve control option: temperature controller drives optional motorised needle valve, resulting in more stable temperature control and lower cryogen consumption.
A base temperature of better than 2.5K is normally attainable.
